Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club seeks a frontline hospitality professional to administer daily Members Services for a premium club experience. You will greet Members, handle feedback, and coordinate concierge tasks across racing and club facilities.

Strong interpersonal and language skills are essential; Cantonese and English are required, with Mandarin being an advantage. This role offers a dynamic environment within one of Hong Kong's largest catering and club facilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher diploma in Hospitality from a leading hospitality institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in hospitality operation.
• International hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer the daily Members Services and Relations functions with focus on guest satisfaction and KPIs.
• Greet Members and guests, handle feedback, enquiries, incidents, accidents, and operational irregularities.
• Manage Concierge tasks including sales of racing guest badges, programme books and coupons, and distribution of Member materials.
• Handle inbound phone calls and in-person inquiries; manage activity room bookings and lost & found.
• Coordinate with Engineering for repair and maintenance; arrange newspapers, magazines, signage, and notices.
• Maintain and manage resources and assets, request equipment within budget, and provide office support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
