Job summary

PCCW LTD is looking for a motivated individual to support the preparation of engagement reports and present materials for internal meetings in Hong Kong. In this role, you will assist in analysing operational data and execute outreach activities, including webinars and events.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, possess good analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese, and be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good analytical mindset with interest in working with data to support decision making.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of regular engagement reports and presentation materials.
• Assist in analysing operational and engagement data.
• Help execute outreach and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with external partners on meeting schedules and materials.
• Maintain records of stakeholder contacts and campaign performance.
