Job summary

HTK is seeking a proactive Communications & Engagement assistant to support the preparation of engagement reports and presentation materials for internal meetings and project steering committees.

You will analyze operational and engagement data, help run outreach activities such as webinars and events, coordinate with partners, and maintain accurate records of stakeholder contacts and campaign performance. Fresh graduates welcome; strong English and Chinese required; MS Office proficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good analytical mindset with interest in working with data to support decision making.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to draft simple decks and emails.
• Well-organised, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of regular engagement reports and presentation materials for internal meetings and project steering committees.
• Assist in analysing updating operational and engagement data (e.g. employer and member usage figures) for analysis and tracking.
• Help execute outreach and engagement activities, such as webinars, briefings, events and email campaigns, including logistics and follow-up.
• Coordinate with external partners (industry bodies, employers, event organisers) on meeting schedules, materials, and basic enquiries.
• Maintain records of stakeholder contacts, activities and campaign performance, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
