Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of coordination, customer communications, engagement, CRM, loyalty programmes, or marketing operations.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of customer engagement and partnerships across campaigns and programmes.
• Coordinate onboarding and day-to-day activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain trackers, timelines, and follow up on outstanding actions; report performance metrics.
