Job summary

Union Medical Centre Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Medical Secretary for the Medical Imaging Department to provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the team, manage schedules, appointments, and diaries, and draft meeting minutes.

You will liaise with partner organisations and hospital departments, maintain filing and statistics, and contribute to service projects and community screening schemes. Fresh graduates with a good attitude are welcome; immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/HD or above is required.
• Experience in administrative or secretarial roles is preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the departmental team.
• Manage daily schedules, coordinate appointments, update diaries, and handle phone enquiries.
• Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and draft formal meeting minutes.
• Assist in administrative coordination and records for service projects and community screening schemes.
• Liaise with partner organisations, external clients, and hospital departments.
• Maintain filing, compile statistics, and handle ad-hoc clerical tasks.
