Job summary

iRad Medical Diagnostic Centre in Hong Kong SAR is seeking a Medical Office Assistant to support our busy imaging facility. This full-time role involves front-desk duties, appointment scheduling, filing and maintaining patient records, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will interact with patients and families, handle insurance inquiries, and use medical software systems, requiring fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin.
