The successful candidate will establish and monitor the site storage system for construction materials, organize inventory, and provide clerical support. Applicants should have a higher diploma and at least 8 years of experience in storekeeping within the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and a driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in storekeeping or warehouse management in construction.
• Holder of driving license with Class 1 & 2 is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Establish site storage system and monitor the store inventory of construction materials.
• Tidy up and organize the in-stock and out-stock of inventory items and maintain proper record.
• Purchase miscellaneous materials/goods for construction works, and related record keeping.
• Provide clerical support, including ascertaining supplier's payment.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors in order to ensure the proper and adequate resources allocation to meet their operational needs.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
