Job summary

A leading contracting firm is looking for a Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to join the project team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will assist in managing site activities and ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule. Candidates should possess a diploma in architecture, construction management, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and the ability to travel for projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years post-graduation experience in the construction field.
• Motivated, confident, and capable of team collaboration.
• Willing to travel overseas for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team for managing technical and contractual work.

Our client is a well establish contracting firm . They are currently looking for a Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to join the Project team.

Assistant Site Supervisor / Foreman / Site Manager - Facade / Building

• Assist project team for managing technical and contractual work, and monitoring the overall control of site activities
• Assist project manager in meeting project profit, safety, programme, environmental and quality objectives;
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget and at the highest levels of quality.
• Responsible for assist site manager to managing client and team relationships including overall work plan development and team coordination efforts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in architecture / building studies, construction management or equivalent
• At least 2 years post-graduation experience in construction field;
• Motivated, confident and a team player
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Willing to travel overseas to suit project needs if required
• Less Experience candidate will be consider as assistant site supervisor / assistant foreman
• Immediate available would be an advantage
