Job description

• Liaise with contractors to ensure that working schedule, working procedures and quality control are strictly followed
• Prepare site report, photo record, working schedule and relevant site document
• Assist in the project management including budget and quotation preparation, project time schedules, monitor construction progress, cost and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in building services and site supervision
• Cert or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or any other related disciplines.
• Holder of Safety Supervisor Course Certificate will be an advantage
• Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent in communication and presentation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Site Supervisor
