Job summary

Nike Hong Kong is seeking a senior Retail Strategy professional to drive marketplace planning, store network optimization, and strategic investments that align with sales objectives. You will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance and external partners to ensure data-driven decisions and timely delivery of fleet initiatives across the territory.

The role requires extensive experience in retail strategy, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail strategic projects, retail expansion, real estate, marketplace planning, or strategy roles.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership in a matrixed organization.
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Passion for athletes, sport, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace planning: Prioritize city/trade zone mapping with understanding of customer profile and market research data; develop annual fleet plan to support sales strategies.
• Stakeholder management: translate business needs into clear requirements for stakeholders; manage landlords and transition projects from concept to scaled capability.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Planning, Finance, and GC function teams; ensure alignment and progress on marketplace mapping initiatives.
• Problem solving: define and resolve complex issues; analyze data and implement innovative solutions with limited precedence.
