Job summary

Monkey Tree English Learning Center, a leading Hong Kong learning provider, seeks a Marketing Executive to plan and drive multi-channel marketing, branding, and CRM initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strong language skills to engage customers and employees.

Office location is Tai Koo Shing. The candidate should bring 3–4 years of relevant experience, fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and a proactive, positive attitude to support

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver strategy for all on and offline promotional materials, social events, website and social media.
• Develop and drive branding strategy aligned with long term company plans.
• Ensure marketing collaterals are appropriate in timeliness, content, translation, and design.
• Provide routine market dynamics and competition analyses.
• Disseminate information clearly for clients and employees via memos, notices, newsletters, and announcements.
• Plan and deliver CRM strategy across the company to retain customers and drive loyalty.
• Maximize business opportunities through CRM data analyses.
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve reputation and recognition.
• Coordinate execution of ad-hoc projects.
• Achieve objectives within budgets and expenditures.

Develop and drive branding strategy tied to long term company plans.

Ensure the appropriateness of marketing collaterals including the timeliness, content, translation, and design.

Provide routine comparative analysis on market dynamics and competition.

Disseminate information clearly and accurately for both clients and employees with memos, notices, newsletters, announcements etc…

Plan and deliver CRM strategy across the company to encourage customer retention and loyalty Plan, drive, and utilize Consumer Reward Program

Maximize business opportunities through CRM data analyses

Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

Coordinate the initial execution of designated ad-hoc projects

Achieve objectives within financial parameters including budgets, variances, expenditures, etc...

Basic Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines, with 3 to 4 years relevant working experience
• Strong analytical and quick problem solving skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing will be an advantage
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered Assistant Marketing Manager
