Job summary

Monkey Tree English Learning Center is the largest learning center in Hong Kong and is expanding into China. Founded in 2009, Monkey Tree now boasts over 50 centers across Hong Kong, Macau and China and focuses on a communicative approach to foster confidence and creativity in students aged 2–14.

With a dedicated team and small class sizes, we provide an extensive range of materials to help both students and teachers succeed in a stimulating educational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Digital Marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver strategy for on- and offline promotional materials, social events, website and social media.
• Develop and drive branding strategy aligned with long-term company plans.
• Ensure marketing collateral is timely, accurate, translated, and well-designed.
• Provide routine market analysis on dynamics and competition.
• Communicate memos, notices, newsletters and announcements clearly to clients and employees.
• Plan and deliver CRM strategy across the company to encourage customer retention and loyalty; manage Consumer Reward Program.
• Maximize business opportunities through CRM data analyses.
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
• Coordinate the initial execution of designated ad-hoc projects.
• Achieve objectives within budgets and expenditures.

Plan and deliver strategy for all on and offline promotional materials, social events, website and social media, etc

Develop and drive branding strategy tied to long term company plans.

Ensure the appropriateness of marketing collaterals including the timeliness, content, translation, and design.

Provide routine comparative analysis on market dynamics and competition.

Disseminate information clearly and accurately for both clients and employees with memos, notices, newsletters, announcements etc…

Plan and deliver CRM strategy across the company to encourage customer retention and loyalty Plan, drive, and utilize Consumer Reward Program

Maximize business opportunities through CRM data analyses

Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

Coordinate the initial execution of designated ad-hoc projects

Achieve objectives within financial parameters including budgets, variances, expenditures, etc...

Office Location: Tai Koo Shing (above Taikoo MTR station)

Basic Qualifications

Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines, with 3 to 4 years relevant working experience

Strong analytical and quick problem solving skills

Experience in Digital Marketing will be an advantage

Positive and can-do attitude

Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin

Candidate with more experience will be considered Assistant Marketing Manager
