Job summary

Monkey Tree English Learning Center in Hong Kong seeks a Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive market research, growth strategy and partnerships. You will lead sales, negotiate deals and collaborate with marketing to promote programs across channels.

The role requires university graduation, fluency in English and Cantonese, and 3–4 years in sales or BD. Mandarin is an advantage; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

Marketing & Business Development Manager (HQ Ref. P26032)

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customer needs, and competitors. Analyze industry trends, demand patterns, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.

Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the learning center's goals and objectives. Set targets and create action plans to achieve business growth.

Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, community organizations, and other relevant entities. Collaborate with these partners to create mutually beneficial programs, referral systems, or joint marketing initiatives.

Sales and Negotiation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the learning center's programs and services to potential clients. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation. Utilize various marketing channels to raise awareness of the learning center and attract new customers.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Previous Monkey Tree Center Management extremely preferred

University Graduatesin any discipline

Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin will be an advantage.

3-4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development field

Experience in sales and marketing field is an advantage
