Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks.
• Experience in designing robust electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience in plastic molding, sheetmetal stamping, machining, extrusion.
• Familiarity with GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up Analysis.
• Proficiency in simulation tools, mechanical FEA, and Python is advantageous.
• Experience in lab automation equipment (motion control, pumps, valves) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO13485 medical product standards is advantageous.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-driven team player in fast-paced environments.
• Availability for occasional overseas travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage in conceptual and detailed design of mechanical parts and modules.
• Perform structural/thermal/flow analyses and FMEA to validate designs.
• Present design solutions to clients in technical discussions.
• Coordinate fabrication, assembly and validation of prototypes.
• Author specifications, requirements and validation plans.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers throughout lifecycle.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
