Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of digital transformation, maximizing the value and effectiveness of the Loyalty Program, optimizing menu pricing strategies, and supporting company-wide business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Finance Business Partner for digital channels and strategic growth initiatives, with strong knowledge of loyalty programs and experience in program performance planning and analysis
• Lead financial analysis, performance reviews, and management reporting to support timely and effective business decisions
• Partner with stakeholders on annual budgeting, forecasting, and business case development and performance monitoring
• Identify opportunities for sales performance improvement and proactively recommend actions to enhance profitability and competitiveness.
• Support transformation, automation, and process optimization projects, ensuring financial objectives and controls are embedded throughout project execution.
• Enhance and maintain FP&A dashboards, management reports, and analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency and business visibility.
• Drive pricing strategy development, scenario analysis, and post-implementation evaluations to optimize sales and margins.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial objectives and business strategies.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years+ of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management reporting.
• Strong experience in retail, consumer, QSR, FMCG, or multi-site operating environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, financial modelling, and analytical tools.
• Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Manager level.
