Your daily routine at Adecco

Act as the key technology partner for Hong Kong business stakeholders, understanding business priorities and translating them into practical technology solutions.

Develop and manage the local technology roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and regional strategies.

Lead digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

Drive the successful delivery of technology projects, including planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Collaborate closely with regional and global IT teams to ensure effective execution of technology solutions and services.

Oversee IT service delivery and vendor performance to maintain high service standards and user satisfaction.

Manage technology-related risks, governance, compliance, and security requirements.

Support business development activities, client opportunities, and strategic projects from a technology perspective.

Monitor technology trends and identify innovative solutions that create business value.

About You

Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.

8+ years of experience in IT, with proven success in IT management, business partnering, digital transformation, or technology consulting.

Strong experience engaging and influencing senior business stakeholders.

Demonstrated track record in leading technology projects and change initiatives within a matrix or multinational environment.

Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI, or emerging technologies.

Experience in IT service management, vendor management, and governance.

Broad understanding of enterprise technology, infrastructure, applications, and business systems.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
