AMS is seeking a Manager - Strategy Consulting to lead and shape emerging talent initiatives across APAC and global programs. You will partner with senior stakeholders and drive program development, learning initiatives, and talent strategies in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

You will oversee intern and graduate lifecycles, measure program effectiveness, and contribute to worldwide talent projects while enjoying a supportive, flexible, hybrid work model.

• Experience in Early Careers or Emerging Talent programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with senior global stakeholders across regions.
• Solid project and program management experience.
• Experience driving process improvements and program enhancements.
• Exposure to global programs and matrix environments preferred.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll do:

• Drive program improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives.

• Support delivery of global emerging talent initiatives, including graduate induction programs.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in Early Careers, Campus, Graduate, or Emerging Talent Programs.
• Experience in Talent Development, Learning Programs, Talent Management, or Program Development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across senior global stakeholders and cross-regional teams.
• Strong project management and program management experience.
• Experience driving process improvements and program enhancements.
• Exposure to global programs and matrix environments preferred.
