Job summary

AMS is seeking a Manager - Strategy Consulting to lead and shape emerging talent initiatives across APAC and global programs. You will partner with senior stakeholders and drive program development, learning initiatives, and talent strategies in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

You will oversee intern and graduate lifecycles, measure program effectiveness, and contribute to worldwide talent projects while enjoying a supportive, flexible, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Careers or Emerging Talent programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with senior global stakeholders across regions.
• Solid project and program management experience.
• Experience driving process improvements and program enhancements.
• Exposure to global programs and matrix environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Emerging Talent Development programs.
• Oversee intern and graduate lifecycle from onboarding through program completion.
• Support induction programs, learning initiatives and skills development.
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness of intern and graduate programs.
• Drive program improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across globally.
• Act as APAC subject matter expert on global projects.
• Support delivery of global emerging talent initiatives including graduate induction.
