AMS is hiring a Recruitment Marketing Manager in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end talent marketing campaigns across channels, tailoring the global Employer Brand to local business needs and driving measurable ROI. You will activate recruiters as brand ambassadors and build engaged talent communities while collaborating with multiple internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

• Execute end-to-end Talent marketing campaigns across multiple channels with ROI reporting.
• Tailor the global Employer Brand to local business needs for relevancy and impact.
• Activate recruiters and hiring managers as employer brand ambassadors with tools and templates.
• Build talent communities from campaigns and events with ongoing engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with Enterprise Talent/People, Employer Brand, Group Brand, and Communications for joined-up campaigns.
• Partner with Central Employer Brand to stay aligned with the Brand.
• Use data to personalize/localize activity and optimize performance with clear ROI.
• Provide new perspectives by challenging the status quo and seeking innovation.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll do:

• Execute end-to-end Talent marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid, organic/always-on, events, and other targeted activations), with solid reporting to show ROI, value, and business impact.
• Build impactful marketing campaigns by tailoring the global Employer Brand to local business needs, driving relevancy and impact
• Activate recruiters/hiring managers as employer brand ambassadors by providing practical tools, templates, and resources to enable them to better attract key talent.
• Build talent communities from campaigns, events and marketing activities that are constantly nurtured and engaged
• Work cross-functionally with Enterprise Talent/People, Employer Brand, Group Brand, Group Communications, and Customer Marketing to deliver joined-up campaigns that target key talent segments and deliver measurable results.
• Partner with our Central Employer Brand function to keep work synergized and aligned to our Brand
• Use data and insights to personalize/localize activity, optimize campaign performance, and share learnings for what to do next demonstrating clear ROI in all activities
• Provide new perspectives by challenging the status quo and seeking opportunities for innovation
• Agency management and collaboration as a small talent Marketing team your success will depend on your ability to work with agencies and internal comms and marketing teams to activate.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management - with a track record of building partnerships and demonstrating business value with global and diverse audiences
• Content generation - experience in developing multi-channel content partnering with agencies and external teams, with a particular focus on digital media
• First class project and budget management - a strong track record of delivering on time, on budget, with clear measures of success
• Proven collaboration - across Brand, Marketing, and Communications to deliver shared priorities.
• Creative, curious thinking - to bring new ideas and move away from "how we've always done it".
• Customer-focused mindset - recognize that candidates and customers are one and the same and play your part to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Advocate for the candidate, ensuring we take a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints.
• An agile approach and ability to think around problems - taking ownership and accountability for high-quality delivery and demonstrated ability to get things done in a constantly changing environment.
