Job summary

SINO PROPERTY SERVICES in Hong Kong is looking for a qualified individual to manage a mixed property portfolio effectively. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, work closely with tenants, and lead estate management teams to maintain high service quality.

Applicants should have a relevant MIH with 1 year of experience or a recognized degree with 6 years of experience. Proficiency in English and Chinese along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MIH with 1 year of relevant experience or a recognized degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinances and relevant laws.
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
