Job summary

China Resources Longdation seeks a Process Management Lead to optimize business architecture, map critical processes, and implement lean initiatives across large enterprise structures in Hong Kong.

You will leverage DBS, Six Sigma, and AI tools to diagnose issues, reduce costs, and build knowledge libraries to sustain improvements. Fluency in English or Cantonese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 5+ years in process management, lean management, or operations in large enterprises, listed companies, or consulting firms.
• Strong business insight and ability to propose practical optimization and lean improvement solutions.
• Familiar with process mapping methodologies; knowledge of DBS, lean management, and Six Sigma tools; data analysis and AI applications.
• Hands-on involvement in cross-department process optimization or lean projects with end-to-end project management.
• Excellent logical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to handle high-intensity work.
• Proficiency in Cantonese or English (spoken and written); prior HK or large corporate group experience preferred.

• Lean Management Initiatives: Drive lean improvement projects using Six Sigma, value stream analysis, and other tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• AI Integration: Apply AI tools to support process diagnostics, data analysis, and solution design, advancing intelligent transformation of workflows and boosting management efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in process management, lean management, or operations management in large enterprises, listed companies, or consulting firms. Proven track record in process optimization or lean projects.
• Business Insight: Strong ability to understand business operations and process sensitivities, capable of proposing practical optimization and lean improvement solutions.
• Professional Skills: Familiar with process mapping methodologies; knowledge of DBS, lean management, and Six Sigma tools; competent in data analysis and AI applications.
• Project Experience: Hands-on involvement in multiple cross-departmental process optimization, lean improvement, or organizational change projects, with end-to-end project management capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Excellent logical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to handle high-intensity work.
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Cantonese or English (spoken and written). Prior experience in Hong Kong or large corporate groups is preferred.
