PrimeCredit Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks aManager, Fulfillment (Credit Card Operation) to supervise the fulfillment team and coach staff.

You will monitor cardholder data maintenance requests, process credit card service requests, and work with product teams on stationery and gift replenishment, including welcome gifts and promotions. You will prepare MIS reports for management review, liaise with outsourcing vendors to maintain service quality, and define system requirements while testing daily

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma graduate or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in credit card operation, 2 years at supervisory/management level.
• Strong knowledge in credit card system, preferrable in VisionPlus.
• Experience in defining system user requirements and parameters is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
