Job summary

Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Operations Team Lead for Fulfillment & Card Services in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering high-quality back-end support for cardholders and coordinating daily Fulfillment Team operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a Higher Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrate at least 6 years of professional experience within the credit card sector, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with a patient approach to problem-solving.
• Proven track record in structuring system specifications and configuring system variables.
• Prior working knowledge of the Vision Plus card platform is highly advantageous.
• Competent in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent command of professional English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
