Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking an experienced professional to join the Credit Card Fraud Control team.

The role will focus on establishing and implementing fraud management in line with regulatory and internal requirements, tuning systems to detect suspicious transactions, and handling disputes and chargebacks with customers. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Business Administration or related fields and have at least five years of banking experience in credit card

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
• Minimum of 5 years' banking experience in credit card fraud control.
• Sound knowledge of credit card dispute/charge back rules and relevant regulations.
• Good analytical skills, attention to details, and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
