Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced professional to establish and implement credit card fraud management in line with regulatory and internal requirements. The role involves tuning systems to detect fraudulent transactions and monitoring market fraud trends to minimize losses.

You will handle dispute/charge back investigations, contact customers, and provide recommendations, while liaising with law enforcement as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
• Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in credit card fraud control.
• Sound knowledge of credit card dispute/charge back rules and relevant regulations.
• Good analytical skills, attention to details, and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Aufgaben

• Establish and implement at credit card fraud management in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Fine tuning system capability to identify potential fraudulent credit card transactions.
• Closely monitor market fraud trend, analyse and recommend actions to minimize fraud loss.
• Handle dispute/charge back requests, including contact customer, conduct investigation and provide recommendation/conclusion.
• Liaise with law enforcement officials.
