• Plan, formulate, and evaluate the effectiveness of annual business plan, proposing actionable improvements to achieve departmental annual revenue targets.
• Assist in developing business processes, monitoring measures, and revising regulatory documentation and compliance policies.
• Raise system enhancement requirements and conduct related user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage daily team operations, including staff allocation, shift scheduling, and task supervision.
• The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
