Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an experienced professional in Macau to drive the sales of Individual Financial Products and to train agency channels in Cantonese, Putonghua and English. The role requires building strong agency relationships and delivering on targets while supporting key initiatives to grow IFP business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, education or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, at least three years in life insurance.
• Front-line sales, training and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to conduct training/presentations in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, customer-centric and result oriented.
• Good team player while working independently.
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver overall Macau sales target in Commission, Premium, and full spectrum of Individual Financial Products.
• Drive sales of H&P and help agency to diversify a healthy product mix contributing to growth in NBV.
• Provide top-notched sales support to agency such as clearing pending cases on monthly basis.
• Maintain strong relationship with agency and grow their loyalty to Manulife.
• Serve as a bridge of communication for Agency and Business Units.
