Insurance Company is seeking a high-calibre Sales Manager to oversee bancassurance activities for the Macau region. The role involves driving bancassurance targets, supporting bank partners, and delivering post-sales service. Frequent travel to Macau is a requirement.

The candidate should have a degree with 3 years in insurance sales support and a proven track record in sales, with fluency in English and Chinese and strong interpersonal skills.

• Degree holder with 3 years experience in insurance sales support.

Responsabilidades

• Drive bancassurance business and support bank partners in achieving sales target.
• Provide on-site sales support to bancassurance business such as handling new business applications and post-sales service administration.
• Plan & execute Sales Incentive Campaigns and Marketing Activities for Bank Partners.
