Manulife/John Hancock in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to manage Contracting services for agency operations. You will plan policies for Group-Life-Health, ensure CPD compliance, and lead the operations team while liaising with management.

Responsibilities include due diligence on onboarding, reporting to track strategic goals, and handling agent inquiries in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Strong bilingual communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business or related discipline.
• At least 6 years in the life insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient delivery of Contracting services to agency.
• Assist in planning and maintaining operational procedures of Group-Life-Health, Agent Bonus Plan and MPF registration.
• Implement controls to monitor CPD compliance for individual licensees.
• Handle due diligence on onboarding of new agent applicants
• Participate in Contracting & Benefits team projects
• Oversee and lead the works of the operation staff
• Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for management to track goals
• Handle general correspondence and agent enquiries
