Job summary

Marni in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive sales and profitability through effective leadership of the store team, service excellence, and CRM programs while upholding company policies.

You will manage daily operations, set objectives to meet boutique targets, recruit and mentor staff, collaborate with VM to maintain an impeccable store image, and prepare monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in retail with luxury experience preferred.
• At least 4 years in a store supervisory role.
• Excellency in customer service and fashion sense.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations ensuring brand policy compliance.
• Lead the team by setting objectives to meet boutique targets.
• Achieve assigned sales and KPI targets for the store.
• Collaborate to recruit new VIC and implement CRM strategies.
• Ensure optimal stock levels and merchandise assortment.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting retail excellence.
• Prepare monthly reports on store performance.
• Work with VM team to maintain an impeccable store image.
