You will develop store-specific strategies, coach staff, and optimize operations to ensure profitable growth and exceptional client service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above is highly preferred.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Experience in luxury retail or a comparable role is preferred.
• Strong CRM background to recruit and retain loyal customers.
• Demonstrated coaching and people development skills.
