Job summary

Loro Piana Hong Kong invites an experienced Store Manager to lead daily boutique operations, coach the sales team and uphold brand standards. You will drive customer service excellence and coordinate activities to maintain a high-performance team.

You will oversee stock accuracy, visual merchandising, and security procedures, while collaborating with regional leadership to optimize performance and CRM KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ work experience in a luxury boutique, preferably as Store Manager in small contexts.
• Aligned with the Brand identity, detail oriented, with strong coaching, communication, leadership and management skills.
• Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand.
• Deep knowledge of the clothing and luxury history.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the store manager when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor sales team to keep a cohesive, motivated unit and coordinate activities.
• Provide guidance and coaching for team growth, training and product knowledge.
• Define and track quantitative and qualitative goals, review results monthly and yearly.
• Support Supervisors and ensure adherence to internal procedures and rectify issues.
