Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising, financial management, and store management to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a small to medium store with a homogeneous product line.
• Provide training or coaching to others to improve performance.
• Aggregate and analyze customer issues to develop effective responses.
• Develop short- or medium-term work schedules to meet commitments.
• Set and monitor performance objectives for direct reports.
• Communicate local action plan and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Identify products or services that meet customer needs and propose quantities.
• Deliver and manage budgets, analyze budget progress as required.
• Record and process custom orders, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Set sales call objectives and use standard materials for presentations.
• Identify upsell opportunities during service interactions.
• Develop a customer contact plan for product launches and campaigns.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Follow HSE policies and mentor the team on safe working methods.
• Address risky behaviors and escalate serious issues.
