Job summary

Longchamp Hong Kong is seeking a senior retail leader to own the store's P&L, drive sales growth, and elevate clienteling strategies. The role demands strong leadership, international standards, and exceptional service across English, Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking clientele.

You will translate regional strategy into daily store execution, analyze market trends, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain luxury presentation standards. A premium opportunity for a seasoned leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail industry with at least 4 years in managerial role.
• Tertiary education in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines (Diploma / Associate Degree or above).
• Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills with business sense.
• Team player with excellent communication across all levels.
• Strong clienteling and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese Word Processing and POS.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's P&L (Profit & Loss) performance.
• Define and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and repeat business.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Lead commercial initiatives and seasonal business plans.
• Champion exceptional customer service standards.
• Develop VIP and clienteling strategies.
• Build relationships with top customers and local influencers.
• Ensure service standards reflect brand positioning.
• VIP appointments, personal shopping services, CRM initiatives, exclusive customer events, and client retention programs.
• Translate regional and corporate strategy into store-level execution.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
• Identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand image is executed flawlessly and oversee seasonal launches and product activations.
