Qualifications

• Strong CRM background to recruit and retain loyal customers.
• Demonstrated coaching and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of clienteling strategies to build long-term client relationships and enhance satisfaction.
• Build and develop a high-performing store team with coaching and performance management.
• Drive sales targets and profitability by optimizing store layout, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring consistent brand experience across locations.
