Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail – luxury experience preferred.
• Computer skills to include operation of retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.
• Fresh graduates with a passion in luxury retail are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and maximize sales while maintaining store standards.
• Act as brand ambassador and develop relationships with clients, including VIPs.
• Manage CRM activities and participate in in-store events and promotions.
• Ensure stock, backroom operations, VM standards, and overall store presentation are maintained.
