King Deux Search & Consulting seeks an Assistant Business Development and Partnership Manager for a premier shopping mall and tourism portfolio in Hong Kong. The role supports leasing strategies, tenant qualification, and deal negotiations within luxury and experiential spaces.

With 5+ years in retail partnerships and strong financial modelling, you will help manage tenant relations, renewals and expansions, while collaborating with marketing, operations and development teams to drive portfolio

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail partnership or mixed-use leasing with luxury/experiential exposure.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Partnership Manager in developing and executing strategic leasing plans for premium retail and experiential properties.
• Identify and qualify prospective tenants aligned with brand and vision.
• Assist in lease negotiations, financial modelling, and contract management.
• Maintain close communication with existing tenants and facilitate renewals or expansions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and development teams to integrate new tenants.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to leasing strategies.
• Support innovative leasing approaches like pop-ups and short-term leases.
• Contribute to improving leasing processes, tools and best practices.
• Assist in training and development of junior leasing professionals.
