Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
PR or event agency background is strongly encouraged.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of high-net-worth individuals’ needs and expectations.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize unique event concepts and experiences for VIP audiences.
Formulate and implement event marketing strategies to drive revenue and participation.
Create compelling marketing campaigns and materials for high-net-worth members.
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and sponsors for cross-promotion.
Foster relationships with strategic partners and potential clients.
Lead and coordinate all aspects of high-level events, including catering, invitations and logistics.
