Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for Premium Service, Catering in Hong Kong. You will support daily operations, supervise staff, coordinate events, manage budgets, and ensure quality service and safety compliance.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Hospitality, have at least 2 years in operations management in hospitality or club settings, and be fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 2 years or above in operations management or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or club environments.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational management software.
• Problem solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist in planning and executing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to club policies.
