The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection is seeking a guest relations professional to provide warm, anticipatory service at our luxury hotel in Hong Kong. You will handle enquiries, build lasting guest relationships, and coordinate across departments to ensure needs are met with precision and care.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate professional communication, leadership in a concierge-driven environment, and the ability to coach team members to deliver personalized luxury experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries and requests with friendliness and professionalism
• Build quickly and maintain guest relationship
• Coordinate all departments to fulfil guest needs
• Address customer concerns and complaints
• Supervise associates in their assigned job duties
• Perform and manage reception duties independently
• Assist in leading Concierge, Bell and Transportation Services operations
• Conduct on-the-job coaching and training to the team members
