The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection, is seeking an experienced Front Office leader to uphold luxury service standards. The role requires coaching the Concierge, Bell and Transportation Services teams and driving personalized guest experiences.

You will oversee Front Office and Hotel Operations, including housekeeping within lounges, and act as duty-in-charge to ensure smooth daily operations. Diploma in Hospitality Management and 6+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Hotel Front Office.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for service teams.

Responsabilités

• Respond and resolve customer complaints; handle security and management concerns.
• Assist in leading Concierge, Bell and Transportation Services operations.
• Deliver personalized luxury guest experiences and service excellence.
• Conduct on-the-job coaching and training to the team members.
• Duty in-charge at Front Office and Hotel Operations.
• Overseeing all housekeeping operations including Stewarding within the lounges.
