Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a guest service professional with at least 1 year of experience in a luxury 5-star setting. You will respond to diverse guest requests, share local insights, and coordinate with vendors to arrange tickets, reservations, and transportation.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a luxury 5-star hotel.
Knowledge of local activities and sights beneficial.
Excellent trilingual skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Respond to a wide variety of guest requests with accurate assessment and personalized recommendations to maximize satisfaction.
Provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services and activities within or around the property.
Establish contacts with vendors to arrange information, tickets, and reservations for guests.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements including limousine and flight bookings.
