Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Concierge Supervisor to support daily operations of the Concierge, Bell and Transportation Services within a luxury hotel environment.

You will supervise a team, coordinate communications, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through local knowledge, dining reservations, transportation and personalised recommendations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality/related field required.
• Minimum 4-5 years in Concierge/Front Office within luxury hotels.
• 2-3 years supervisory leadership in guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Concierge in daily Concierge, Bell and Transportation ops.
• Supervise attendance, duty performance and operations of Concierge team.
• Coordinate communication between Chief Concierge and Concierge team.
• Lead team in delivering guest services: transportation, dining, local recs, parcels, baggage, special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions and events.
• Build relationships with restaurants, transport providers, tour operators and local businesses.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and hotel brand procedures.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training and development of Concierge staff.
