Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Relations professional for our Hong Kong luxury property. You will greet guests, coordinate with departments, and deliver personalized service to create memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

You'll build rapport, anticipate guest needs, and maintain accurate guest profiles. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required; additional languages are a plus. Opera system experience is advantageous in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury hotel in guest relations or similar.
• Experience with Opera system is an advantage.
• Committed and passionate about personalized guest service with attention to detail.
• High standards of professional demeanor with strong communication and presentation.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain guest relationships.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; other languages valuable.
• Experience as Butler may be considered for more senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with unparalleled hospitality from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Host and welcome guests in a natural and spontaneous manner.
