Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Retail Operation or Client Development.
• Strong network in luxury retail industry.
• Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute client events across HK & MC.
• Partner with boutique management on monthly action plans.
• Manage event budgets and post-event follow-up.
• Analyze client data to inform engagement strategies.
• Build relationships with third-party partners.
