Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Ltd is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive product strategy, merchandising, and sales planning across the network. You will forecast, allocate stock, and guide merchandising to optimize availability and performance.

The role covers retail operations, CS coordination with HQ, and business development support, including CAPEX and contracts. A university degree with luxury sector experience is preferred; English fluency required.

Qualifications

• University degree with 6–8 years of working experience, ideally in the luxury industry.
• Experience in commercial management, merchandising, business analytics.
• International background and experience in international companies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP (SD and BI modules).
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department in delivering timely reporting and ad-hoc analysis; own the optimal commercial product strategy from forecasting to POS.
• Oversee sales planning, 5-year plans, and rolling forecasts; ensure operational excellence in back office and DTC channels.
• Manage retail operations and administration to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness; coordinate CS topics with HQ.
• Support MD with store project P&L, CAPEX planning, and contract management; oversee budgeting and approvals.
