Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Ltd seeks a senior professional to lead local client activation for Hong Kong and Macau. You will implement strategies aligned with global brand guidelines and collaborate with boutique teams to tailor activations for local clients, including VIP experiences and ROI tracking.

You will drive 1-to-1 and 1-to-Many communications via CRM, digital campaigns, and partnerships, while coaching boutique staff to deepen client relationships and data capture for future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in client relationship management, luxury marketing, or client activation.

Responsibilities

• Develop local client activation strategies aligned with global guidelines and regional objectives.
• Lead localized digital outreach campaigns to drive traffic to boutiques and events.
• Coach Client Advisors on outreach habits and storytelling; train on MyClient usage.
