Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise, welcoming and serving all visitors entering the boutique.

As part of the Boutique team your role will be to: Drive business – recruiting clients, developing loyalty and achieving sales objectives; Grow our client’s expertise – presenting our universe, history, creations and sources of inspirations; Offer an outstanding experience – personalizing client relationships and anticipating needs.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; English a plus.
• Luxury retail or boutique experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and serve visitors entering the boutique.
• Drive business by recruiting clients and building loyalty.
• Present the brand universe, history, and creations.
• Provide personalized client experiences and anticipate needs.
• Answer client inquiries and provide after-sales care.
• Maintain in-store tools and follow commercial policies.
