Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group in Hong Kong seeks a Restaurant & Bar Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue growth. You will manage staff, inventories, and service standards at a flagship hotel lobby lounge and bar.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel restaurant/bar supervision, strong leadership, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. An alcohol-service certification is a plus, with a dynamic team environment in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality/F&B management or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in restaurant and bar, preferably in hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Alcohol service certification is a plus.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead daily restaurant and bar operations and staff management.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop ideas and manage projects to enhance restaurant and bar reputation and maximize revenue.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Train and supervise restaurant and bar staff on best practices and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area.
• Be responsible for any other tasks assigned by Department Head.
