Amix Global Limited is seeking a data-driven marketing professional to develop and maintain dashboards that provide strategic visibility into client, merchandising, and retail KPIs in Hong Kong.

You will coordinate with Central CRM, monitor regional KPIs, and deliver weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders while shaping client targeting and journeys for regional campaigns and events.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of clienteling, CRM or retail marketing experience within luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM and data visualization platforms.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain dashboards showing client, merchandising, and retail KPIs.
• Coordinate with Central CRM and monitor regional KPIs with weekly/monthly stakeholder reports.
• Define targeting strategies for central and regional campaigns and develop store-level campaigns.
• Develop client journeys in coordination with Central Marketing and monitor regional implementation.
• Support planning and organization of in-boutique and ultra-luxury events.
